I ordered flowers for my cousin's funeral. In the checkout process, the auto fill changed the location to my address instead of the church where the service was taking place. The church had the same name as another church. With only the first name of my cousin, the date, and the name of the church, they were able to figure out which church and when to have the beautifully crafted basket of flowers delivered. I stopped by the shop that morning on the way to the funeral and they told me how they got it all figured out by going above and beyond the norm to make sure my delivery made it to the destination and on time. I so much appreciated the effort that brought me to tears. Swan Floral & Gift Shop did a tremendous job. Thank you so very much. They were beautiful.

When it came time to choose our wedding florist, the decision was easy. Swan has always held a special place in my heart because the family who owns it is my childhood best friend’s family. I shared my vision with Suzanne, and she truly brought it to life better than I could have imagined. From the bouquets to the centerpieces and every floral detail in between, everything was absolutely beautiful. We received so many compliments throughout the day, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Thank you, Suzanne, and everyone at Swan, for making our wedding day so beautiful. I will cherish these memories forever!

Swan Florist did an absolutely incredible job with our October wedding flowers! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Communication with Janel was effortless — she truly listened and brought my vision to life beautifully. Their pricing was reasonable, and the flowers were absolutely stunning. They provided my bridal bouquet, the groom’s boutonniere, corsages for our mothers, cake flowers, and individual stems for a garland we had purchased. Every detail was thoughtful and cohesive. Going with fresh flowers was definitely the right decision, and choosing Swan was the perfect choice. Did I mention that we switched to them only a week and a half before the wedding? They didn’t bat an eye and handled everything with such professionalism and care. They even incorporated lace from my mother’s gown and family brooches into my bouquet — such a meaningful touch.
